The room was spacious and spotless. Beds very comfortable and the shower fabulous. The towels were very good quality. Lovely bottled water in the fridge and well stocked tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits and a coffee machine. Great location with shops and restaurants right there. Location is fabulous. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Staff were also fabulous attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Toiletries in bathroom, safe and hairdryer and tv, Wi-Fi.

Room was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. The Sky Bar and Restaurant had great food--ate dinner and breakfast there.
The staff were so friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The distance from bpPulse arena and all food/shops was ideal. Rooms were lovely and big with lots of storage and even a coffee machine. Shower was easy to use and modern which was welcome after returning from a gig.
