The hotel is an excellent base for the NEC, staff, location, services and facilities all great 👍
Really liked the styling in the room and the modern feel in the public areas. Liked the fact that I was asked where I would prefer to stay - first floor or higher up, as I wanted to stay on a lower floor if possible.

Great location really close to NEC. Clean well laid out rooms, particularly like the underbed lighting that comes on when you get out of bed in the night. Rooms have plenty of space and the floor I was on, 6, was quiet with good views of the lake
