Great stay. Comfortable beds. Quirky aesthetics. Excellent staff.
Really liked the styling in the room and the modern feel in the public areas. Liked the fact that I was asked where I would prefer to stay - first floor or higher up, as I wanted to stay on a lower floor if possible.
Excellent location, easy access to NEC and World Resorts for shopping, food and entertainment.
Great location really close to NEC. Clean well laid out rooms, particularly like the underbed lighting that comes on when you get out of bed in the night. Rooms have plenty of space and the floor I was on, 6, was quiet with good views of the lake
Buffet breakfast was extensive although the cooked food could have been warmer. Quality was excellent though
