Excellent location and the staff were superb from the moment I arrived to the time I left. They asked all the right questions and booked me a very early taxi for the following day and asked if I wanted a wake up call to make sure.

Excellent service indeed.

The bed was amazing, plenty of space in the room and pretty quiet too.

Fabulous room - very spacious with super comfy bed and view of the Tyne.

Breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
