The welcome from the owners and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. I arrived from overseas in the evening and, in spite of their own family concerns on that day, the owners made sure that I was informed in advance, and that arrangements were in place for me to settle in to my room.
For breakfast, a superb spread, even with fresh local kippers (to be ordered a day in advance) which, living overseas, I had not eaten for years!
My room was very quiet, and there was no intrusive noise at all.
Fiona was amazing, so friendly. The pool was a massive asset for us! Lovely quaint, clean hotel! I would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat again! Breakfast was lovely also!
Everything was great, we would have used a bar facility if it was available.
The location was excellent and the view from our balcony epic!
Absolutely lovely welcome and made us feel at home. Our children loved the ping pong and the pool!! The location is perfect!

She was incredibly helpful and made our first trip to Cornwall fantastic
