It was basically but all the elements were perfect and the staff were friendly and professional
The hotel is new, so everything is designed very well and works the way it suppose to work. Room is large, bright and clean. The location is in a large rest area beside motor way. Yet, it is quiet (I think the room sound proof is done right). So there is McDonald's, Costa coffee, and gas station right next to it. Plenty of e-car charge stations.
A brand new hotel just outside Durham town centre. All facilities are new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and wide.
The lovely lady behind the desk was very accommodating - even put on cartoons for me 2 young children during breakfast!
Super 8 doesn’t have a great reputation in the States. But here it was fantastic. Very modern. Comfortable beds. New heating and air conditioning units.
