Excellent breakfast, both cold buffet and hot cooked to order. Staff welcoming and helpful. A lovely decor that melds modern taste with medieval surroundings. In good weather, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy a drink or relax. Really enjoyed the location near the city center for all our sightseeing and traveling (5 minute walk from CBW station). The room amenities (cookies, bottled water) were upscale Smallish room, but sufficient for our purposes.

Best location , not far from Canterbury West station. The WestGate Tower and WestGate garden , the attractions are just a few walk away. The staffs are friendly and full of service minded. We had been changed the attic room to the ground floor because of the large luggages , the room is nice and wider .
Loved desk in room, with enough electrical outlets & a mirror. Good breakfast included. Location worked very well for my visit.
The room was excellent , above expectations - very good products as well
