A feally good location for the town centre. the hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly. However see below.
Breakfast easy and great set up.

Beautiful bar for after the show in the evening with some lovely well mannered staff behind the bar & on reception and running food.
It makes such a difference when the staff are very smiley & polite. I had a problem with a TV fault and it was very busy , the man on reception helped immediately & fixed it, I was very grateful.
Excellent location. Parking was easy. Loved the authentic style of the whole hotel; stylish. Bar area and tables outside - great for summer and to watch the world go by. We had a family bedroom which was spacious. Would definitely recommend.
The location was perfect, and I was pleased to find parking close at hand. Appreciate that there’s a lift! The room was reasonably sized and very comfortable, even on the hot days. Grateful the window opened even just a bit! Staff was always kind and and helpful. My room faced the back, so there was no street noise. An easy drive from here to Fountains Abbey, and the Turkish baths just across the street. Lovely!
