Staff are exceptional, comfy room and top breakfast.
The breakfast was very good with locally sourced ingredients. We really enjoyed them and there was a good choice.
The location was excellent.
Room was fine, clean, shower worked quickly and well, and location quiet with no road noise; it had an extra single bed which the landlord did not want to be used to put luggage on. It was adequate for our 1 night stay. Off street parking in the rear was convenient and safe. Breakfasts were excellent and Landlord was friendly and helpful, directing us for evening meals in Chippenham itself about 4 miles away. Can recommend the Avanti Italian Restaurant there.
The room was actually a small apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom and an excellent lounge/diner with a fully equipped kitchen included. effectively a bachelor flat. Breakfast was great, with a choice of menu and great service.
Good breakfast and comfortable bed Very welcoming and even gave me a lift to the station
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends
