Comfortable, spacious room. Excellent food in the restaurant, as well as excellent service.

The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful.
The location for Hampton court palace is perfect. A short walk to the main entrance and actually had views of the maze. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were Very pleasant. Close to a nice Italian too. We were surprised to get one of the parking spaces outside the hotel, but the nearest car park was only a 5min walk.
Everything was so clean. People were lovely and helpful. Location spot on and price very competitive. Fab vegetarian breakfast. Lots of room amenities.
