Accessibility room located on the ground floor for my dad. It was perfect! Appreciated the Air conditioning on a 30 deg day and it had a fun vibe in the bar and patio area. Service staff were fantastic!
everything was excellent, the room, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was nice and spacious (room 8), the layout, presentation, coffee / tea bar
Cosy British old house/Pub. All team really friendly and helpful for anything.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good quality and I enjoyed lunch in the bar area which is a fun place to sit in the evening. The room had a bit of character and the shower was great.
Room was very clean and was decorated nicely , location is good, walking distance to center of Kingston and there's a bus station in front of the hotel , staff were very helpful .
