The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated.
Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are nicely sized. Bathroom was big as well. Accommodated us well booking last minute . Staff very polite . Bfast wasn’t too bad. Close to a bus stop. Beautiful surroundings given it’s on U of Edinburgh campus
The room was large and well appointed. Excellent location in Holyrood, easily walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. A slightly longer walk to get into town proper, but still manageable. Staff were lovely throughout our stay.

Although the location is not in the city center it is so nice to wake up with birds singing in front of your window, instead of traffic sound. Short walk to Arthur Seat.
Great location just below King Arthur's Seat and a short walk to the Royal Mile. Meals on location were very tasty! Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.
