Lovely quiet spot. Clean and tidy. Nice and cool in the bedroom. Walking distance from centre. Close to the Circus and the Crescent. Nice little balcony. Wi fi really fast.

It was a lovely place to stay, nice and quite place and accessible from the town centre. It had everything we need and a lovely place all round

Spotless, cosy and very welcoming! Karen was a fantastic host, spot on communication and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay! The location whilst not suitable for anyone with mobility issues was a stone's throw from the city centre! Nicely tucked away so felt very private! Had all the amenities you'd ever need for a short or long stay. The property is very nicely and professionally presented, was sparkling clean and very comfortable! The host was very quick to respond with every enquiry and was very patient when I had some initial complications when trying to book! Bath itself is picturesque and relaxing and this property is perfectly situated so you can enjoy everything to it's fullest!

This was a perfect little piece of heaven that we enjoyed in late summer. The property is well equipped and laid out very well. It is finished to perfection and secluded enough away from the busy streets that you still have a little quiet but close enough to walk into town. We would love to return at some point as there is no where else we would stay in this area. The owner was kind and helpful. We loved the balcony and openness of the whole property. The bed was comfortable and the Robes were a nice touch of comfort too. Thankyou so much!
