The setting and the property was beautiful.

Staff were excellent.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options.

The spa treatments were absolutely fantastic.

Ample parking too.

The scenic beauty where the hotel was located was heavenly. The indoor pool was exceptional with the spa facilities. Truly a hidden gem in Yorkshire

The room was comfy and a nice selection of board games to enjoy as a family. The pool overlooks the lake, very scenic. Nice staff who quickly got to know you and made accommodations during your stay. A romantic place for a weekend without children next time.

We had a standard double room on the island, which I really liked. The food was decent, though the breakfast buffet would benefit from more choice, and I had pretty much exhausted the vegetarian choices at dinner after three nights. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic location. Great evening meal. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Would definitely stay again.
