Nice property, clean and comfortable room, between Windermere and Bowness so good location.
The room and bathroom are quite large. Breakfast was excellent.

A charming building offering free parking and a delightful English breakfast. Conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the town centre and seafront sight visit point.
We stopped for two nights to break up our motorcycle journey from Scotland to Cornwall, we enjoyed our stay so much we booked and stayed for 2 nights the following week on our return home. Good parking at the back of the property so our bike was secure and out of sight from the main road.
Rooms are extremely clean, well decorated with very comfortable beds.
The small bar is well priced, breakfast in the morning is excellent.
Great location, 10 minute walk uphill to Windermere high Street or a 10/15 minute walk downhill to Bowness and Lake Windermere.
We will definitely stay here again.
