Love the room nice and spacious. I absolutely love the view from our terrace. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
An excellent hotel with a stunning view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We had a room with windows facing directly toward the bridge. Next time, I’ll definitely choose a room with a terrace to enjoy sunset outdoors with a glass of wine and beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. From the very first moments, we felt genuine care everyone from the front desk to the bellboy created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was top-notch: polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The service reminded us of the best European hotels something thats rare to find these days.
Housekeeping was daily and of very high quality. It’s a great feeling when you know people truly care about your comfort.
Beautiful property in the heart of Seaport and overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in for NYC! And the staff was easily a 10/10. They were helpful, kind, and so positive.
