The room was comfortable, and the hotel is well-located. We used the subway to get around, and the station is conveniently located right across the street.
It was beautiful! Everything was really nice. The staff really went above and beyond. Daniel, the concierge went above and beyond to give us some excellent recommendations. Great location.
The location was perfect; the room was quiet and comfortable! The services was impeccable. This will be my go-to for all NYC stays.
Very clean room. Friendly staff that greeted us every time we entered the small reception area. Lots of food options only a few steps away from the hotel. Easy walk to the 9/11 Memorial, Oculus Building and the Brooklyn Bridge. Fulton Subway Station exit just across the street, so it was easy to get to other locations in Manhattan during our stay.
Fantastic location in lower Manhattan, two blocks from the 9/11 Memorial and just down the street from major subway station at the Fulton Center. Super friendly staff, complementary coffee and water every day.
