Very good I enjoyed it .The staff kept things plentiful everything
the hotel is nice and clean, friendly staff, easy walk to shops and restaurants on the water
Also you can open the windows!!!
Loved the location, the breakfast was exceptional, customer service was great and room was spacious and very clean
room request I asked for was not the room i requested which should have had shower stall and said it would be the type I wanted as the conformation said it was. the room that they changed me too had a very poor bathroom floor a person could slip and fall.. your confer should be made clear to the staff the room i got was smaller and had a very poor bath I felt I lost a day of vacation waiting to change rooms The breakfast was excellent. The maids were great. why go thru you when the hotel staff said we could have got the same as room before by calling them direct. the first room 243 was a kitchenette but the bathroom tub could not be used no assists to hold on to. the second room 306 had the slippery floor. anyone at any age could have falling with serious consequences we also requested first floor but ended up on the 3rd floor.
Easy check in with friendly service, nice size rooms with plenty of facilities, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices!
