The room is cleaner and more comfortable than expected. I had an event at Oceanside pier and it's a one mile, straight-shot walk to the pier. But it's a nice walk with lots of stores and restaurants along the way, just be careful of interstate 5 traffic when you cross. There are designated crosswalks, but SoCal drivers are crazy! But my sleep quality was good. There's a fridge, microwave and safe which I LOVE! And the ladies that checked me in were very nice. And there is a bit of a breakfast, just some grab and go munchies to the left of the front desk.
