i loved the location, breakfast, temperature(warm) of pool water (only one pool has good temperature, other not) updated room ( was there before), quiet,

The property is wonderful very clean and its situated right across from La Cumbre Plaza. Many shops and restaurants all around. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The property has two pools and jacuzzis they offer an area with clean towels ice maker machines and guest bathrooms.

Nice, quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check-in as we needed to be at a wedding and needed time to get ready. That was very nice of them.

Open concept hotel, not like a closed building. Very cute aesthetic, leaning into the Spanish Santa Barbara vibes. We got a room that seemed to be recently renovated so very nice and clean. They provide shampoo, conditioners and body wash. Very good location, in front of a plaza that has a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Fair to note that on the listing it says it has a microwave and fridge but we only had a fridge.
