We got the queen terrace with a wonderful view of the Empire State Building. It was fantastic. Clean. The hotel is in a wonderful part of town near the subway too.
Access and Location were excellent. Clean rooms. Free water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fridge in the room
The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day.
Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs.
The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working.
Overall, the experience was amazing.
Modern very clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for shopping and restaurants everywhere!
We liked the location and the views of the city from our terrace. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome.
