Lovely hotel clean and comfortable in a convenient location with a lovely pool in a peaceful setting. Free shuttle service to Legoland. Great staff and customer service. Our Kudos to the Hotel Manager, Elisabeth, and Dee who all provided exceptional customer service. Free parking. Prime outlets just across the street housed restaurants and shops. Other restaurants and convient stores and gas station within a 5 minute walking distance. This hotel was a great value and location for the area. Recommend having a car to get around. We enjoyed going round trip by the Coaster Train from Carlsbad station to San Diego Old Town Mission Transfer Station and then took an Uber to the San Diego Zoo round trip then back to the Old Town Historic area to tour, shop, dine, and returned by the coaster train back to Carlsbad.
Location and style, we have little girls so being bottom floor with the grass was great. The were able to run around. Also love the food hall
The property was so perfect clean and we loved the pool. Great location close to the outlets and restaurants. We felt safe. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Super close to the theme park, shopping and the interstate. The shuttle is a big plus with this property (even if the hours of the shuttle are annoyingly short). The rooms are spacious. It appears the bathrooms have been remodeled recently.
Attended a wedding there and nded up staying the weekend. Loved the food choices and bar attached to venue and hotel. It was perfect.
