The location was great! We walked everywhere beach, restaurants and lots of little shops nearby. We also really loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were available - boogie boards and toys too. The lounge chairs in the little deck were great hangout areas.

Location; you can walk everywhere worth going in the village and two very short blocks to the beach. Comfy bed, plenty of towels, very quiet residential neighborhood- you may notice it’s close to the Coaster tracks but I never noticed and they do pass by regularly. Someone is on site if you need assistance. I used the washer and dryer in the utility room without being charged for it. Common lobby space with Keurig, pods & accoutrements plus some snacks. Great rooftop sitting area. They also had free-for-use Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys if you have kids, & extra little items in the maintenance room, like pillows, blankets, and small fans. Ceiling fan in room too.

It was cozy clean lovely!! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location! A block-and-a-half from the ocean, four blocks from Carlsbad Village. We never had to drive anywhere. The room was nice, relaxing patios, the caretaker was excellent, the lobby was convenient for coffee, tea, and snacks. It was a plus to have beach chairs and umbrella to use.

I loved the warm shower in the back to wash off my wetsuit and bathing suit.
