Historic property with many enjoyable details. Bed was great. AC worked well. Privacy was very good. Design of unit (Jr. King Suite) was spacious, well laid out. Nice location across from Millennium Park. Drawing Room was both a fun place to dine or hang out.

Might be my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were SO attentive and kind. Our room was a little small, (corner king) but it was the perfect amount of space. There was a huge wardrobe to put our belongings in. The shower was a rain shower which I normally hate, but this one had great pressure.

Good location - close to the train stations and plays that we went to. Nice decor. Comfortable bed & good shower. Friendly staff.

The location can't be beat right across from the park and access to the train sysytem

The place is beautiful, with great options nearby, also inside of the Hotel you have various options of meals and things to do, the place overall is very iconic, the location is great, in the same street on the side you have the bus stop and the street behind a train station which facilitates moving around the city, overall you can see all the best places from this hotel by a 30min walk top.
