Great value for money - really clean hotel with great amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable and customer service was great. We were very grateful to staff for arranging connecting rooms as well as a baby crib and roll-away cot for our 1 and 3 year olds. There was a wonderful Indian wedding going on during our stay, and we weren't at all disturbed by noise from the festivities.
The entire ambiance was so beautiful. The rooms were great also, very spacious.
The location is great but our king bed is hard on our back, so we cant really sleep comfortably.
Check in was extremely easy. I had my 7 month old kid with me and was provided a crib at no charge. Staff was friendly the restaurant inside the hotel was good. I honestly have no complaints
This hotel is always busy and that's good. They host a variety of banquets and conferences which means they keep it up to standard. It's always been a good place to stay in the Schaumburg area.
