Everything. The staff is amazing.!
JJ the GM is exceptional! He goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home.
The customer service is top notch, their level of professionalism is unmatched and the amenities are the icing on the cake.
If I might add, you outdid yourself with the private lounge, it is neatly tucked away from the maddening crowd and provides solace for guests who have another person in their room and need space. It is so comfy and inviting.
With all the perks of your own house, it felt like home.
The front desk stuff is very kind and the cleaning ladies too.
It’s really good and we enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and has enough space, the staff was very friendly and I would prefer to stay here next time
