The room was large, lots of space to move around in. The beds were soft. Plenty of pillows. The fridge and microwave worked well and were useful. The carpet wasn't filthy, like at other hotels. The vanity with the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The breakfast was well stocked and more than sufficient. There was coffee, tea and hot cocoa available all day. The indoor pool was fun for my kids.
Very impressed with staff, very helpful, let us check in early as well. Manager was awesome.
It was very clean and the staff was very pleasant.
The General Manager was very helpful, friendly, very professional and made our family feel so welcome. We go on vacation every year and this staff including the GM was so very friendly and helpful. Exceptional service!
