The staff were fantastic. There was definitely issues with the room that they were able to help with. The gym is super clean with tons of up-to-date equipment. They were receptive to our concerns regarding the mattresses for the double queen room. Not sure if all the queen beds were as poor quality mattresses, but that was our only complaint. The King room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. The staff was definitely very accommodating with finding the right rooms for our party.

love how the staff attended to my issue with bathroom. the issue was resolved in a timely manner. much appreciate the front desk and the people behind the counter at the little eatery place in the lobby. Above and beyond customer service

It was wonderful truely...It's a beautiful hotel, and everyone is so friendly.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were amazing. They came when we needed new towels within seconds. I will stay there again. Also it was across the street from outlet mall and near various wineries.
