We decided to stay longer and booked for two days before our original booking ... front desk (wish I remembered her name) was so Sweet and allowed us to remain in the same room, even though it was an upgrade. That was an awesome business move! She is an asset to your company. Throughout our stay, we saw her running the bar, serving food, checking in and out hotel guests and "doing it all" she worked her butt off, with a smile and kind attitude.
