Swimming pool was good. The location is near the town center. The room was clean and sufficiently confortable.

Staff were great. Always happy to help. A couple of issues with plumbing, but sorted quickly and without fuss. Property a little dated, but clean and spacious. Staff made the stay worthwhile

We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleased with our spacious room and good in-room facilities. We had a small query about the room, and Natalie (Head of Housekeeping) went above and beyond - she personally ensured everything was working correctly by involving maintenance and proactively provided extra towels and supplies, even though we didn’t request them. She also took a genuine interest in our travels and offered fantastic recommendations for dining and exploring Cheyenne. Natalie is an absolute star and embodies the qualities of an exceptional front-of-house representative.

Breakfast was another highlight, served in a large room with plenty of well-stocked options.

We booked very spontaniously and got a very good price. Compared to the room and service we received, this price was almost to good to be true, but it was real.
