Everyone was so nice and pleasant, good breakfast in the am too. Place was clean and overall nice facility!
Everything was nice. The girls at the front desk were exceptional. The breakfast was very good. The chair in room # 133 was very hard to get out of. It is not comfortable to sit in. Our stay is rated 9 out of 10. Thank you very much.
I had injured my knee on the way there and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to get me a room right by the entrance and arranged help to bring in my bags. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he had a long white beard. Thank you for your help!
Staff set me up with a new room when the heater in the first room didn't work.
Staff were super nice, great location and the room was so clean! Most pet rooms usually don't have this quality of cleanliness and I really appreciated it smelling and feeling good.
