The staff at the desk are friendly efficient people; the hotel is kept clean & the grounds too. People are friendly & efficient & your continental breakfast was better than anywhere else I have stayed that offered same.
The breakfast was very limited to some packaged muffins and oatmeal and very small yogurts. Coffee was available. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very delightful .
Excellent staff, clean, quiet and perfect location
Check in was fast and pleasant. The room was large, clean, and had a full fridge and kitchenette. The water pressure and temperature were perfect, and the bed was super comfortable. Location was awesome, I was about 5-10 minutes tops from Busch Gardens, which was very convenient. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Workout and laundry facilities were available, though I didn't stay long enough to need them this time. I felt safe in this location as a single female out of state traveler. I will definitely stay here again!
