Great location. New to online, virtual check in. Customer service was great helping through this.
Great location, awesome that you don’t need a key, and a lot of freedom. Wasn’t as loud as the reviews say it is.
If you are happy to catch the subway (which is definitely the best way to get around Chicago) this is a very good location for the price; clean; lots of useful things in the room including washing machine and dryer
