Clean rooms, Great staff, great location. Overall a great and affordable stay in the center of Chelsea.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the location was very convenient.
Close to subway and was great that it had free breakfast. They also will keep your luggage before and after you check in.
Breakfast was very good and varied.
The girls from the front desk were pleasant and courteous.
The room with the city view offers a very nice view.
Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom of decent size, plenty of hot water, quiet (!) and--unlike too many hotel rooms today--the room had a small closet/wardrobe with enough room to hang long clothing items.
