It was clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice. I assumed that the property was new. I was left alone to do as I wanted and everyone that I did encounter was very friendly.
Great location for train travel. My room was small but very elegant and luxurious.
I love staying here while I’m in town for the weekend. It’s so close to the Amtrak station and other downtown attractions. I rarely ever half to call an uber unless I’m going somewhere farther than a 25/30 minute walk. The service is always great and I love that they hold your luggage if you have train leaving later in the day, or get there earlier than checkin.
The staff working the front desk were friendly and helpful and seemed sincerely happy to be working there. Our room was spotless and I suspect had been recently remodeled. The location was a short walk from the train station.
Short walk from Amtrak station. Super comfortable bed with soft sheets. Got free upgrade to a corner king suite with cool layout and lots of windows. Within walking distance to Italian Village restaurant and Jazz
