I used a third party to book the room. When we arrived our reservation was not showing. Hotel staff immediately offered to call the third party. Our reservation was found and we were able to check in. Daytime staff was also very friendly!
Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, front desk professional, restaurant food was great and our waitress went above and beyond, very nice, informative, and made our morning very pleasant.
the property was clean and well set up. the young man checking us in was not very friendly, not sure what was going on but he had very little to say .
also the refrigerator in the room was very loud and ran all night.
Good location, nice staff, clean rooms. Beds are too soft but that is standard for all hotels these days. Is it possible to have a few rooms that don’t have the pillow top mattress? We didn’t stay long enough to need housekeeping service but they were all very friendly.
Friendly and very accommodating staff!! I give them a 5 star plus plus rating!!!
