Friendliness of staff! Everyone was so welcoming, it was my 2nd stay there and some remembered me from a year ago which was very impressive! The hotel is stylish, great location and offers great food and drinks in the restaurant below.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who may us feel welcome from the first moment. The building (including interior design) is lovely and in a cracking location - right in the heart of ‘old town’, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars on its doorstep. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was also helpful to have lots of options for parking.

Charming boutique hotel in downtown of Fort Collins, closed to CSU. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful! Beautiful cozy rooms with sound machine playing chirping birds :-) I loved the free bikes, perfect for getting around town. I can’t wait to visit again!
