The location is really good, the check in process was fast . they have luggage storage for you when you check out , which is great . the guy at the door helped us order a taxi to the airport .
The location is absolutely perfect. The main point of our trip was to see a Broadway show, and the hotel is located directly across the street from the back entrance to our theater. It was an ideal location for all the other activities we wanted to do as well. The rooms were much bigger than most hotels I've stayed in NY before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here the next time I come to town for a show. Or even just a bagel!
I love the location of the hotel. It is in the heart of the city and close to the shops and Broadway shows. The rooms are super cozy, clean and the staff are always helpful!
The location was top notch. Close to theater district, central park, and a Whole Foods right around the corner :)
