After reading many negative reviews I was nervous about this stay and almost cancelled. So glad I didn’t! This was a place we booked specifically to stay in and enjoy pools and to just relax and it’s definitely a kid friendly place so if you’re looking for something not swarming with kids, this isn’t it. The whole place was so nice! I loved every minute of our stay it definitely felt like a home away from home and took the work out of vacation. The staff was great from the one who checked in on us daily to the security at the pool that made us feel like family. The place was clean and a great family atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again.
The Waterpark and pools were great entertainment for the kids
The pictures on booking did the property no justice at all. I was expecting a hotel with rooms, but no it was the total opposite and my family loved it!! It was clean, well maintained and the activities was on point . The activity center, barcade and fun park was clean and had plenty of staff to accommodate. My son and I enjoyed playing basketball in which was a win win for the family . My husband played black jack for a free drink voucher and won! Sadly after the game was over the bars closed shortly and didn’t get a chance to use it!
I Love how it's a home away from home. The space was very clean, everything I needed to feel comfortable was available, dishes, pots, washer, dryer ect..The grounds was also clean, and relaxing, it also felt safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and highly recommend this place if you're on vacation in Orlando.
