Girl at desk was pleasant and did her best to resolve our issue. We were offered to comp our room but we aren't the type to accept some free ride.
It was still a short but pleasant stay.
I found out about Gaylord and enjoyed the location and the people.
All was good. Friday morning breakfast was out of eggs. Disappointed.
Breakfast was great, that's why we stayed there. Joline was very attentive to guests' needs!
The front desk staff was very frazzled and unfriendly. He should not be in customer service.
