At the beginning of our stay there was a hold up for a handful of guests trying to check in due to some miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. These things happen. No big deal at all. But the front desk staff handled the 45-60 minute bottleneck with calmness and professional savvy. That was impressive. Made me realize that I’d rather check in a few minutes late and have solid hotel staff that can handle a little hiccup. The rest of the trip they were by far and away some of the nicest people staffing a hotel that we’ve stayed at recently.
