At the beginning of our stay there was a hold up for a handful of guests trying to check in due to some miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. These things happen. No big deal at all. But the front desk staff handled the 45-60 minute bottleneck with calmness and professional savvy. That was impressive. Made me realize that I’d rather check in a few minutes late and have solid hotel staff that can handle a little hiccup. The rest of the trip they were by far and away some of the nicest people staffing a hotel that we’ve stayed at recently.
It was clean.
Breakfast was good.
The pool was a nice.
Breakfast was very good. Front Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. When I asked for additional assistance with blankets and television, the front desk staff was quick with a response/action.
Perfect place for graduation weekend. Had a shuttle to take to graduation. Had electric bikes close by to use. Breakfast was yummy.
The spacious room, the terrace, 2 large elevators, the cooked and varied breakfast, and the bed and bedding!!
