It was relatively close to where we wanted to go. Uber rides downtown or to parks by lake was 10min. Perkins is next door so it was great getting late night food and when we arrived getting food. Breakfast was nice (earlier you get there the better!).
If you go there expecting a 500 dollar a night hotel for the price you'll be disappointed but for the value, it's a nice quiet place, decent staff, swimming open till midnight, decent free breakfast. Rooms are comfy they accommodated my 18 people staying..All and all not a bad stay.

The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and quiet.
Also I checked out one day early without notice and got refunded without even asking, which I appreciated.
peaceful environment, cleaned, big room with stocked all supplies and staff is nice and friendly .
