I booked this hotel after arriving on a late flight and before leaving on a bus the next morning. I was looking for a place with a shuttle to/from the airport, and a comfortable bed. That's what I got. There was nothing extraordinary about the hotel, but it did exactly what I needed. I felt safe and slept well. The hotel shuttle was on-time in the morning and picked me up quickly after I arrived at the airport the evening before.
The room was comfortable however, the toilet is very low in room 506. Newer hotels have standard higher.
Rooms are small but clean and good. Everything was functioning except some water pooling in the tub. Room service was daily and did a clean job. Breakfast is included very good and plentiful. Ample free parking space. Staff is helpful and nice. Price was good, location perfect. Quick availability of Lyft/Uber services. Great hotel for either ORD airport or for downtown destinations.
Location was perfect! I'm glad I read the fine print to include Breakfast with our stay. Its one of the best we've had at any hotel, however it wouldn't be worth 15 a person if I hadn't included it for a dramatically less price. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious.
Large king bed, very comfy. Nice views over city. Close to Blue line stop. Friendly helpful courteous staff (even at a check-in at 2 a.m.). Free breakfast (yay!)
