Pretty private, you don’t see or interact much with other guests or even hear anything from them.

Very nice location, affordable price. It was clean and simple. The doors have key code locks. There are one or two parking spots available behind the building for an extra cost - go to Spot Hero.

First off, this is such a great location! Andersonville has so many cool shops and great places to eat. Also, the location gives you quick access to the city via Uber, city trains/buses, etc. There is street parking, yet at night the street may be full. Booking and getting access to the house and room is very easy. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a convenient place to rest and relax, this is the place for you.

This property provided exactly what I needed - a bed in a secure room for a few days. I found both the bedroom and the shared bathroom to be clean and in good condition. The location was excellent, just under a mile from the CTA Red Line and a block from the main strip in Andersonville. I had no trouble finding safe parking in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet, as were the other guests staying there. The heat provided by the radiator was more than adequate. The mini-fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus.
