Home2 are always clean and the rooms are always amazing. The shampoo and conditioner are so good, i ordered some for my home.
Great staff. Better than usual continental breakfast. Loved the large rooms.
This hotel was a well thought out design - USB ports in the lobby and dining area, several throughout the room; very convenient and helpful with charging devices.
The staff was super friendly, checking in with us each time we came into the lobby and even helped with dinner suggestions. There was a spacious courtyard to hang out or chill.
The shower was delightful - warm and nice spray. We didn't end up using the kitchenette in the room but it looked like it had anything that could be needed.
The room was spacious and allowed us room to spread out for the couple of days we stayed.
The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful. She helped us plan for our trip to the Carlsbad Caverns the next morning and recommended a terrific restaurant in the area for dinner. Hotel is very convenient for the Caverns.
