Super clean and very nice. The woman running the inn was wonderful and very friendly.
This is the best place to stay for visiting the Carlsbad Caverns National park.
The breakfast burritos are good.

The owners are so amazingly kind and welcoming! The breakfast spread was great, and the rooms were also comfortable and just right for us two travellers. I really appreciate the owners' hospitality and really had a great time staying here!
Terrific breakfast burrito. Very interesting modular manufactured units make for an unusual motel style architecture. Fits in with desert surroundings. Nice staff. Clean and compact. Would definitely stay here again.
