The hotel is in Chelsea and I am familiar with that area and had no problem walking around. I felt it was quiet at night time so I slept soundly. I didn’t have any needs or expectations so I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The mood of the other patrons was upbeat. I really didn’t have any need to interact much with the staff, but when I did, the staff was pleasant. I recommended it to several people who would live in town and they were pleased with my recommendation. One friend came to pick me up and he was quite impressed by the hotel. And really the bed was so incredibly comfortable! I slept soundly and woke up refreshed. To me that is a sign of a good room and a good hotel. The hotel is close enough to enjoy the High Line, which I did.
I want to thank the beautiful lady who work there since she kept my luggage before checking in and even after checking out with a big smile . She helped us a lot .
Close to metro station, with a fridge and really comfortable bed.
The location in Chelsea was very good, so close to the subway entrance and the neighborhood was quiet. The private room was very big with a small kitchenette and a closet, the sheets were clean and everything was comfortable
Great location, friendly staff that upgraded our room at no extra cost.
