Every time I go to New York, I choose this hotel. It has an excellent location and is convenient to go anywhere, whether by subway or on foot.
My room had plenty of sunlight, It was spacious
It was very good! I highly recommend the place. What I liked most was the location, close to 5th Ave.
Stayed for 30 days and this was excellent for the price. The hotel had a great location in midtown Manhattan, just off Park Avenue with subway just a few minute's walk, and it felt very safe even very late at night. Had a room with private bathroom; the room itself was very quiet and clean, so had a good night's sleep every night. Would highly recommend for an extended stay. Lots of choice for eating and sightseeing nearby - you're basically in the centre of Manhattan with easy access to everything.

Not a top location, but almost. Super close to the 4&6 green subway line.
Excellent value for money; super clean; super friendly reception & staff.
Many restaurants and the Trader Joe supermarket closeby.
Empire State building, Fifth Avenue, Grand Central station, Morgan Library and Union Square within easy walking distance.
I stayed at Hotel 31 for a month for work. Property is well located, really close to the Empire State building and with a Subway stop (line 6) 1 minute away. Front desk staff were so helpful and kind to me, they always greeted me with a smile. Everyday they cleaned the room, that is a plus. Beds were comfy, room big enough... all good!
