A great hotel to have a nice rest before long walks around the city. Hotel «Hotel Villa Serena» is located in Venice. This hotel is located in 9 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Porto Marghera, Toniolo Theatre and Piazza Ferretto.
At the hotel
Spend an evening in a nice atmosphere of the bar. If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a concierge.
The staff of the hotel speaks English, Spanish, Italian, German and French.

Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

В общем остались очень довольны отелем. Расположение удобное, легко и быстро (около 15 минут на автобусе) добираться до Венеции. Портье очень приветливый , объяснил и дал заранее приготовленную схему проезда до Венеции и обратно к отелю, с указанием номеров автобусов, остановок . Также дал всю необходимую информацию и рекомендации по маршруту по Венеции на 2 дня нашего пребывания там . Нам это очень помогло ! Сам отель очень симпатичный , в ярко выраженном итальянском ретро стиле. Спокойно, уютно, имеется свой бар, столики на улице. Комната чистая, есть кондиционер. Во дворе имеется стоянка для автомобилей, правда тесновато. Завтраки в симпатичной столовой , стандартные для Италии -круассаны, сухарики, джемы, масло, кофе.Отель полностью соответствует своей классификации 3***.
Очень старый, еле-еле холодящий холодильник в номере. Ощущение некоторого износа из-за того ,что здание видимо старое и присутствие запаха старых вещей. В ванной комнате были неполные тюбики шампуня, оставшиеся от предыдущих посетителей и новые не добавляли. Очень маленькая и тесная ванная комната и нет вешалок для полотенец.
