The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were all friendly. I loved the location. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Even the breakfast had a good selection and the staff was very helpful. The workout room was unavailable during our stay.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. The room was a good size and we appreciated the kitchenette! The breakfast was standard "hotel free breakfast" fare - not exciting but not terrible considering it's included in the room price.

It was excellent. Customer service was amazing and fabulous. Also, it was nice that the hotel room had a small kitchen and kitchenwares. The quality of water was really nice. It’s good to have a gym and swimming pool although I wasn’t able to use them. The outside of hot view looked gorgeous and luxurious. The price was very nice compared to the high quality of hotel amenities.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Kinda noisy, but to be expected...except the nonstop barking next door. Very clean & comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Raul. This gentleman was taking out trash & then noticed I was using crutches. It was snowy & a little icy. Not only did he help my husband get me safely to the sidewalk, but he also helped unload our car into his bin & take our belongings to our room. Yes, we did tip him well, but I felt the need to have him recognized for going out of his way to help us. It's rare anymore to have someone go above & beyond.

Nice rooms. I stayed in two rooms here (two different visits). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Showers have good water pressure and beds have quality mattresses. Kitchenette is functional and very convenient. Building was quiet and I slept well every night. Location is excellent and you have everything you need nearby. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I always felt safe and never worried about crime or unscrupulous people being in the building. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the front desk staff and management were during my stay! They were fantastic and went above and beyond to be hospitable and welcoming. It was greatly appreciated!
