Location and size of double room was great. Loved coffee in lobby. My check in woman was great.
The location was amazing it’s the prime location in NYC, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and honestly everything was just perfect. It’s gonna be my go to hotel whenever I’m in New York.
The room was spacious, and the staff are very nice with positive & polite attitudes. They are always happy to help you with any request you have.
Concierge service helped me with booking tickets for museums around NYC.
The hotel is safe with security around & in the lobby which was a ++ for me.

Location was great and close to many places of interest
The room was well kept and the service was excellent. The staff were very accommodating. The manager Kevin was very professional; he arranged for a new room for us due to our initial dissatisfaction.
